Because of its small size, this project is a really manageable way to try out this colourwork knitting technique. The pattern will be emailed to you as a PDF once we receive your order.
Pattern Information
Introduction:
A stranded colourwork headband in two colours, knitted in the round. Circumference is approx 50cm, and the headband is designed to fit a head size of approx 58cm.
Materials:
Main Colour (MC): approx 10g of Lore DK by The Fibre Co (pictured in colour Caring), or another DK weight yarn.
Contrast Colour (CC): approx 20g of Lore DK by The Fibre Co (pictured in colour Reliable), or another DK weight yarn.
4mm circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
3.75mm circular needles for ribbing
Gauge:
22 stitches per 10cm on 4mm needles.
